The mount is ours
You do not need a shelf, a rail or a bracket. Send the bare Mac mini and we mount, label and cable it.
Power cycled by you
A Mac mini has no lights-out management, so each one sits on its own switched outlet. Cut its power and restore it from the panel, at any hour.

Port graphs for your Mac, so the 10 TB is something you watch rather than something you find out about.

Colocate, if you already own the Mac
A Mac you have already paid for costs €30 a month to keep running here, which is a third of renting one from us. If it is sitting unused, this is the cheapest it will ever be to put it to work.
Rent, if you would rather not own it
No shipping, no waiting, and the hardware is our problem: if a rented Mac dies we replace it the same day. You can start on a build we already have racked and be in it in minutes.
Four things, and each one is here because of what happens without it. Set them before you post the Mac: you will have its address by then, and once it is in the rack only you can reach it.
Apple silicon, M1 or newer
An Intel Mac mini draws several times the power for a fraction of the work, and fails more often. We do not take them.
Set to start after a power cut
In Energy Saver, turn on starting up again after a power failure. Without it a Mac that loses power stays off until somebody presses the button.
FileVault off, or unlocked by you
An encrypted disk stops at a password prompt on every boot, and we cannot type it. Nobody can reach your Mac until you do.
Remote access already on
Turn on remote login, and screen sharing if you want the desktop. We give it an address; what listens on it is yours.
Tell us what it is
The model and the year. We confirm it fits, and send you the address to ship to along with the IP address your Mac will have.
Set it up, then send it
Configure macOS at home, with the address you already have. Then post the bare Mac mini, no cables and no adapters. Keep the box: it is what we send it home in.
We rack it
Mounted, cabled and powered the day it lands. Nothing is charged until it is running.
10 TB a month on a gigabit port is a great deal more than a build machine, a desktop or a media library will move, and the graphs are there so you can see where you are. Nothing is throttled the moment you pass it and no tier jumps underneath you: we write to you first, which is the rule for every Mac in these racks and is written down in the acceptable use policy.
What we do
Cut and restore its power, reseat its cables, put a screen on it and tell you what the display says. Anything that can be done without opening it, we do, and we do not charge for it.
What we do not do
We do not open it, repair it or take parts out of it. It is your hardware and it stays that way, including its warranty.
If it has died
We box it and post it back, or hold it until you say. Billing stops with the month it leaves the rack.
