Find your invoices and credit notes
Where your MacDuty invoices and credit notes are, how to download them as PDFs, and how to change the company details they are written to.

Every payment for your Mac has an invoice, and every refund a credit note that names the invoice it reverses. Both are in your account, and both are emailed to your billing address when they are issued.
Where they are

What they say
- Our invoices are issued in Romania. One in a currency other than lei also states its VAT in lei, at the National Bank of Romania's rate that Romanian law requires for that sale.
- A credit note is issued for each refund. It names the invoice it reverses, by number and date.
Change the details on your invoices
Invoices are written from your company's details in the account: the legal name, the address and the VAT number. Change them under Billing details, and the next invoice carries them. An invoice already issued is not rewritten: a correction is a credit note and a new invoice.
